As a qualified trainer since 2019, I’ve been working with women who are passionate about taking care of their health, getting stronger, and building confidence. I'm passionate about making fitness fit for you. Together, in whichever you season of life you're in, let's make goals that create a better you. Making daily habit goals from your night routine, running goals, step goals, stretch routine, reading, or hitting a new deadlift personal record - these goals create momentum in your daily routine that make for a healthier lifestyle.

I completed my Bachelor's in Kinesiology at CSU East Bay. Aside from personal training, I've also worked as a physical therapy aide, a group fitness coach, and a behavioral therapist Pursuing a healthy lifestyle is about being steadfast - determined and loyal to showing up daily. It's hard work! But it's rewarding and I help you build a customized plan that works for you! I focus on mobility and posture correction first, while implementing functional strength training.

More importantly, here's a few fun things you might enjoy knowing about me:

- Breakfast foods win. Pancakes are my weekly non negotiable and make life better.
- I just completed my first Spartan Race (2024) and learned so much about how my mind is often my biggest limiter. I had doubted myself more than I realized. Doing things that are scary is SO rewarding.
- My life revolves around my faith in Christ, and that inspires me to show up with love,
kindness, and to hard work in everything I do.
- I have the cutest most spoiled bunny, Chico! You'll definitely see him on IG.
- If you like puns, food, outdoors, talking about travel - we'll get along!
- Favorite Season Foods: Summer - Ceviche. Fall - Persimmons. Winter - Pozole. ​
