As you pursue you wellness journey, set yourself up with success by fueling yourself with nutritious meals. That means meals filled with foods from the earth. As a personal trainer, I often remind my clients that their workouts are only 2-5 hours out of their whole week. Your workouts in combination with healthy eating will help your strength, endurance, energy, and stress management. What you eat effects how you feel and how you function. My goal is to help you find the meals that make you feel energized and work well with your digestion. Once you find those, you can keep them on the menu.
